Zero accidents is not just a slogan, but a daily commitment that extends from inspections and equipment maintenance to training—making safety a habit, so we can go to work happily every day and return home safely!

Every day before work begins, the whole team gathers for a safety warm-up. This helps to stretch the muscles, reduce the risk of muscle strains, sharpen focus, and get both body and mind into peak condition.

We use safety equipment that exceeds the standard requirements of the construction industry, including hard hats, safety harnesses, high-visibility vests, chemical-resistant suits, respirators and personal alarms.

Regular safety meetings are held to share case studies of on-site accidents, analyse potential hazards and review past incidents to learn from them. The Safety Officer conducts daily patrols, spot checks and regular comprehensive inspections to rectify non-compliance and implement multiple layers of checks, thereby minimising the risk of accidents.

We encourage staff to enrol in skills and safety training courses and to obtain various skills certificates and first aid certificates. Every workplace is equipped with a first aid kit and an automated external defibrillator (AED) to ensure prompt assistance in emergencies.

Display safety, environmental and emergency warnings and information at construction sites to ensure that rules are clearly visible, raise awareness of safety and environmental protection, and create safe and green construction sites
